Hey guys,
Yesterday was a very special day for one of us as some of you already know and his name is @theyCallmeDan. So to celebrate and also wish him a happy birthday, @aliento and @gabbygoldenxo that came up with an amazing way to wish him a very happy birthday and that was for us to talk about basically anything related to his favorite anime series called Dragon ball Z and you can get the full details [here](https://peakd.com/hive-110011/@aliento/initiative-or-a-super-happy-birthday-to-theycallmedan-or-dragon-ball-z-theme).
And for my entry, I'll be going with the first option which he asked us to make a drawing about Dragon Ball Z and of course send a message congratulating @theyCallmeDan. So I chose to use one of the images of Guko from the internet as a model for my drawing.

I'm not an artist but I was ready to do this for my self and to celebrate one of my mentors on Hive. At first I found it really hard to do a drawing of typically anything even as little as a cup. But yesterday after seeing the post from @aliento I became motivated to try it out and to my greatest surprise I was doing it.

I got to this point and I said to myself, you did it and I'm sure you can do more. After drawing to this extent, I had no colors or paints to add to my drawing so I just had to shade it more with my pencil and this was how it looked like.

At this point, I was not so satisfied with it because I had no colors to add to it to make it at least look more like the model I was using. But not to worry, at least I did the drawing and that is what really matters to me. I've not really watched the anime from start to finish but I did watch a little when my little brother had something to show me about the protagonist, Zuko and that was it.

This is my drawing and the model together, I hope to get your feedback on my drawing.
I want to specially congratulate Dan on his new age and also wish him a Happy belated birthday. I pray you continue to affect lives positively both on this amazing platform and outside it. And I also pray that all your good plans you are working on to be fulfilled on your new age.

Ayer fue un día muy especial para uno de nosotros como algunos de ustedes ya saben y su nombre es @theyCallmeDan. Llegué a este punto y me dije, lo lograste y seguro que puedes hacer más. Después de dibujar hasta este punto, no tenía colores ni pinturas para agregar a mi dibujo, así que solo tuve que sombrearlo más con mi lápiz y así quedó.

En este punto, no estaba tan satisfecho con él porque no tenía colores para agregarle para que al menos se pareciera más al modelo que estaba usando. Pero no se preocupen, al menos hice el dibujo y eso es lo que realmente me importa. Realmente no he visto el anime de principio a fin, pero vi un poco cuando mi hermano pequeño tenía algo que mostrarme sobre el protagonista, Zuko, y eso fue todo.

Quiero felicitar especialmente a Dan por su nueva era y también desearle un feliz cumpleaños atrasado. Rezo para que continúes afectando vidas positivamente tanto en esta increíble plataforma como fuera de ella. Y también rezo para que todos sus buenos planes en los que están trabajando se cumplan en su nueva era.
