These are the things I learnt from the prayer meeting:

We exorth one another based on we are taught.
2 Thessalonians 2:15
[15]Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

There is a doctrine teaching that should be taught in the gathering, as we are exorthing one another we should see that we are exorthing sound doctrine holding fast to the faithful word of God. The sound doctrine are the faithful words as been taught in the church, there's one faith. 
Hebrews 10:25
[25]Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
Malachi 3:16
[16]Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
We all should be able to bear a common faith. We can export one another through hymes,psalms and spiritual songs with grace in our to the Lord.
Colossians 3:16
[16]Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Titus 1:4,7,10
[4]To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour.
[7]For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;
[10]For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision:
The contents of our songs are words of grace and truth. We have one belief and teaching so we won't be tagged as disobedient. 
Ephesians 4:5-6
[5]One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
[6]One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
We have obligations to exorth one another according to the doctorine we receive. We should not degrees from what is been taught in our gathering.
1 Timothy 1:3
[3]As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
