We are all going through very difficult circumstances, or a failure that affects our morale very much. We feel frustrated, depressed and unable to overcome this issue… We do not want to hear the words of sympathy and encouragement and consider them merely a gossip that does not change the truth in anything. Although positive thinking and self-relief by minimizing the problem in personal evaluation, not exaggerating negative interaction with it, and supporting one's morale in all possible ways is one of the best that any of us can do so that we can overcome our problems with the least psychological losses that have a profound impact.  Bad for us.  However, one simply cannot always simplify their problems, control their feelings, and welcome initiatives of encouragement and support from others. Why?  Because we think that what we are going through is really painful and we do not want to underestimate our circumstances and laugh at ourselves.

#### So what can a person give himself in such harsh circumstances?

First, we must move beyond the traumatic stage and deal with reality consciously, and accept it in principle no matter how harsh so that we can take over our reigns, and be able to think logically what can be done to change that reality, or live with it if it can not be changed, and those early stages of recovery.  Drowning in a state of shock and failure to accept reality enters a state of intellectual paralysis in which he is unable to deal with his problem in any way.  There may be no escape from the shock at the beginning and this is undeniable, but we must move beyond this stage as soon as possible, and fully aware of the importance of accepting the current reality with reasonable logic and illusion, and that is not to surrender to failure at all, accepting reality  Initially does not mean in any way welcoming failure and accompanying grief, but it means accepting what has passed and is forced to uphold the interest in what is to come, and start on the basis of sound and sound thinking helps us in the advancement of ourselves again so that painful reality behind us

No doubt speech and theoretical ideas are easier to implement.  When we try to overcome our negative reality, we face many obstacles, the first of which starts from our ego. We cannot overcome the grief that we have despite our desire to get rid of it.  It is not easy to control the emotions that sweep the heart and restrict thought, and in addition to those obstructing and frustrating feelings there are many obstacles that may prevent us from our goal.

So ... the first reality that we have to accept is that life is difficult, and that who wants to achieve success needs a lot of patience and flexibility to adapt to the circumstances with all the challenges
