水葱煎蛋，好韵味

我一直把水葱定位为配角，从没想过让它当主角。

今天去买菜，想买把毛葱，用毛葱叶来煎蛋。最近的母鸡很给力，下了不少蛋。大鱼大肉吃腻了就吃点清淡的。结果毛葱还不便宜，我不就是要煎个蛋吗？园里不是有水葱吗？为何要舍近求远呢？行，回去试试水葱煎蛋。😊😊

拔葱，洗了切碎。
敲蛋，放盐，放芝麻花生碎。
热锅，加油，开煎，翻边，浇点辣椒酱，装盘。

就这么简单，香喷喷，甜脆脆的煎蛋，妈妈的味道，美极了！
