从这一“误诊”故事中，我该吸取点什么

我在职时，我同事关节肿大，变形，经常痛得上不了楼。那时诊断为类风湿。

今年六月，她发了条状态:余生最大梦想——活蹦乱跳。
我回了条:祝你梦想成真！

因为我现在，是退休的，也就没多在意，以为她类风湿又犯了。

又过了十几天，晚上散步，碰到了她老公，于是问起了她的身体状况。她老公说她在人民医院住院，医生说她是骨关节炎。说以前误诊了，用的类风湿药毒性重，现在才搞清根本不是类风湿。

听了他的话，我反观自己，我也经常小关节肿痛，但化验并无风湿因子。有医生说有时化验不出来，有症状就是。所以我一直以为自己有类风湿，只是暂时不严重而已。我暗自高兴，难不成我也是骨关节炎？只要不是类风湿，什么“炎”我都不怕。

‌马上开学了，我想同事的关节炎该好了，也该上班了。不知她用的什么治疗方案，我也参考参考，于是我点了她的视频聊天，问她病好了沒。

‌不问不知道，一问吓一跳。她说她现在在深圳治病，庸医害死人，害得我好惨。

‌原来，她在县医院越治越难受。医生说是退行性病变，慢性病慢慢治，主要是她心态不好，老是愁眉苦脸。说她的人包括他老公的同学。在深圳的女儿见每况愈下就坚决把她弄到深圳来了。一查左膝关节损坏，肺也出了问题。只好关节置换，现在还严重贫血。

‌唉，他说他误診，实则他误诊。真是庸医害死人啊！

从这件事中，我该吸取点什么呢？

1、要有点医学常识，相信科学。

2、不能病急乱投医，盲目听信，人云亦云。

3、小病重视，大病上大医院确诊。

现在很多医生实在是不敢恭维，不光是技能上水平不够，完全是没有“医者父母心”这样的觉悟和操守了

是啊，我都弄糊涂了，现在的县医院的医师不都是本科生吗？人家的类风湿好多年了，怎么又是骨关节炎了。风湿的表象也是很明显的。

应该是稍微用功的，学习扎实点的，都想尽量留在大城市大医院吧。大学严进宽出也算历史悠久了

其实老凡的女儿也算是稀里糊涂送了命。开始只是皮下有小颗粒，说是脂膜炎，往这个方向用药。后来严重了说是淋巴瘤。再后来活活烂死了。从医院回来，我们去看她，脸肿得变了形，两条腿肿得老大，下肢还烂了杯子大的几块，不久就沒了。像是红斑狼疮的症状。十五岁的独生女，就这样了。如果开始诊断正确，治疗方案准确，结果肯定不是这样。所以后来老凡特别自责。
