开启红薯煮稀饭模式

每年的十月间收获红薯了，我就开始用红薯煮稀饭吃，一直吃到年底。

我家的红薯大多时候是二姐种的。她闲不住，不停地劳作，收回来了又吃不了这么多，而且其实他们不爱吃。总说上个世纪五六十年代没饭吃，天天红薯当餐，吃腻了。

确实，那个年代的人一提起红薯，所有的记忆全浮上心头。我小时候还吃过猪食里的红薯柄，还要偷偷地躲在门后吃，别让人看见。我一直觉得有红薯吃够幸运，要感恩它。

我一直爱吃红薯，吃不腻。孩子们在我的影响下，也爱吃。这样，一家人都爱吃就好煮。一天煮一锅。

别人都说红薯是个好东西，可以抗癌。侄女说国外好贵。这些我都不管，反正爱吃就吃！
