 儿子在网上买了盒板栗南瓜，蒸吃了两个后，就觉着不新鲜了。 这洋南瓜青皮，又糯又粉。价格也不便宜，得想办法吃掉。不适合炒或煮，遇水它会化掉。我就把它蒸了做饼。 先蒸熟，去籽。 把它压碎，加水搅匀。 放面粉，盐，葱，稍许糖，搅成稀泥状。  热锅，放油揩锅，撒一层芝麻。将和好的料一勺一饼放进锅里煎。待金黄再翻边，压扁。至金黄出锅。 这种饼要和稀点，太干会硬，因这南瓜太粉。儿子问我为何不蒸？我说蒸就要和料干些，会发硬。煎可以稀些，软而甜糯，好吃。 做好后我夹了几个给隔壁的嫂子吃，她也说好吃。还舍不得吃，吃了一半，留一半给女儿吃。☺️☺️
