Thank you @eco-alex as the initiator of the question idea and thank you ecoTrain community. I will try to answer according to my ability, I try participate in answering with my opinion.

According to the belief we profess, that God is almighty, God is merciful, to his people , God who created all of this nature. We live in this World these are two side.
There is joy, there is sadness, there is poor, there is rich, there is war, there is peace, there is life and deats, all of which has been determined by nature.
Divine intervention exists, for example we do not know when we will die, we do not know when we will, will suffer, certainty will happen. All of that according to belief has been arranged by God.
But as humans we are given thoughts, given reason, given feelings. The human task is to try as much as posible what we want, meaning we don't give up but try.
The question is why after we try but the result is beyond our will, in my opinion my be it is the will of God or God will, or natural, in my opinion suffering can be like a lavk of food lack of wealts,or fighting a war in a Country.
This suffering will effect mental suffering, my experience during life, is experiencing suffering, wether it's lack of wealth or other suffering, but according to the teachings of the religion I adhere to, it's not necessarily that the suffering we experience is not necessairy God will.
It could also be as a result of our own mistakes, there are another way to get out of suffering is to pray and try to get out of suffering.
My experience of suffering is of various kind's from difficulties, fears,and worries, sometimes people are quicker to blame God if some one is afflicted with suffering and vice versa.

If some one is being given plasure they forget God, in my opinon even though God is always present when we are sad or happy, depending on our attitude to what extent is the value of gratitude to God.
Usually people who obedient to the teachings that are believed, there is divine intervention in all life, but there are those who think that everything that happen to humans is due to their own efforts, it is a choise in this life.
My experience when we experience suffering such as suffering from fear,worry,difficulty we are required to ask gone trough, prayer, not prayer enough, but trying to over come what is suffering.
For example, there is suffering in a Country where the population is short of food, my be because the land is not tertile or not suirable for planting crops, as a human being who is given reason and thought.
Maybe we can use modern to technology so that the land can be planted with agriculture so that the population can prosper and lose suffering, it is not necessary the will of God can also be the result of human error.

God has done his part,we often blame other people, even God, for the suffering that occurs. We know that the earth was created in abundance.
That is my opinion.
