It’s Postulated That Younger Learner Is Probably More Successful in The Informal and Naturalistic Learning Context?
The human effort in increasing knowledge about the natural surroundings. Education begins with the learning process to know a thing then process the information to be applied in everyday life. The role of the environment is very influential on the progress and achievement of education in the present, especially among adults and adolescents. This is because every individual involved in the educational process interact with their environment.

Informal education is organized by the community or with the environment, in addition to the formal form there are also informal. Upaya manusia dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang lingkungan alam. Pendidikan diawali dengan proses belajar untuk mengetahui sesuatu kemudian mengolah informasi yang akan diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Peran lingkungan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan dan pencapaian pendidikan saat ini, terutama kalangan orang dewasa dan remaja. Hal ini karena setiap individu yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya.

Pendidikan informal diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat atau dengan lingkungan, selain bentuk formal ada juga yang informal. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada pendidikan informal adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang pemahaman pendidikan, sehingga hubungan sosial tidak baik dan individu tidak bisa berarti betapa pentingnya pendidikan bagi dirinya atau masyarakat. Bagi kaum muda dan kaum muda agak sulit untuk berhasil dalam pendidikan informal, karena antara masyarakat dan lingkungan tidak harus kontras dalam menerapkan pembelajaran dan pengajaran di pendidikan informal. Ada beberapa remaja yang berhasil dengan belajar secara informal, tapi tidak setara dengan sains yang dimiliki dengan belajar seperti sistem pemerintahan, karena informal untuk remaja tidak terikat oleh peraturan pembelajarannya seperti di sekolah. Karena itu, diri saya tidak sependapat dengan keberhasilan remaja dalam pendidikan atau pengetahuan yang berbasis pada lingkungan dan masyarakat.

Implementasi informal kurang akurat dengan pembelajaran dan pengetahuan yang meluas, namun dari sisi sosial pasti lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa formal. Hubungan informalnya lebih terkendali dari masyarakat dan sosial. Peran keluarga di lingkungan informal untuk remaja, baik disadari maupun tidak, disengaja atau tidak, direncanakan atau tidak, memperoleh pengalaman berharga, sejak lahir hingga akhir hayat. Lembaga keluarga adalah institusi terkecil yang pertama kali dialami oleh individu, yang bisa mengajarkan berbagai peran dan nilai sosial. Dalam proses sosialisasi, keluarga memiliki peran penting, terutama dalam mengenalkan.

Penguasaan diri, masyarakat menuntut pengendalian diri dengan semua norma dan peraturan yang ada terhadap anggotanya. Peran orang tua dalam melatih anak mereka untuk mengendalikan diri dapat dilakukan dengan melatih bagaimana menjaga dan menjaga kebersihan dirinya. Penguasaan diri ini berkembang, mulai dari yang fisik hingga emosional. Anak itu harus belajar menahan kemarahannya terhadap orang tuanya atau saudara laki-lakinya. Penguasaan diri sangat penting untuk stabilitas psikiatri anak dalam perhimpunan sehari-hari. Tanpa memiliki kemampuan mengendalikan diri, maka jiwa anak tidak akan menstabilkan, dan mengganggu proses perkembangannya.

Kultivasi nilai bisa dilakukan bersamaan dengan latihan pengendalian diri, bagaimana anak bisa meminjamkan permainannya ke teman-temannya, dan juga untuk dia diajarkan kerja sama. Misalnya, saat mengajar anak untuk dikontrol sendiri agar tidak bermain-main sebelum mengerjakan pekerjaan rumahnya, ia diajarkan nilai keberhasilan dalam bekerja. Nilai tersebut sangat besar fungsinya untuk proses internalisasi kebiasaan baik pada anak. Pengenalan dan pembelajaran peran sosial dapat terjadi melalui interaksi dalam keluarga. Sekali dalam harga diri implan diri anak, dan nilai sosial yang membedakan dirinya dari orang lain, dia mulai mempelajari peran sosial yang sesuai dengan citranya. Ia mempelajari perannya sebagai anak, sebagai saudara laki-laki (saudara laki-laki / perempuan), sebagai laki-laki atau perempuan.

Dengan mengetahui perannya, baik di lingkungan keluarga maupun masyarakat, maka si anak akan bisa bermain dengan baik sesuai fungsinya dalam peran. Pendidikan informal adalah pendidikan yang terjadi di dalam keluarga sejak lahir, dimana seseorang secara sadar atau tidak sadar, sengaja atau tidak, direncanakan atau tidak, memperoleh sejumlah pengalaman berharga, mulai dari kelahiran sampai akhir hayatnya. Pengalaman dalam keluarga ini disebut proses pendidikan informal yang hanya memberi nilai untuk tumbuh melalui peran keluarga dan orang tua, namun pengetahuan yang luas tidak sama dengan pendidikan di pemerintahan.
