The **HKLBRE** token itself does not have any condition that come with it.
Once you hold the token it is your token to do with as you please.

Participating in project promotions which utilise the **HKLBRE** token do have terms and conditions.

The service will be run on a subscription basis. 

Redemption of the tokens can be done by listing on Tribaldex or Hive-engine.

<center>  **General**. </center>

*Huckleberrie* or any affiliates are not liable for any errors you make with the token or purchase of a token from a third party.

*Huckleberrie* will undertake to give value for participation. This will be done by purchase of tokens at a set price.

**HIVE** sent to the *@huckleberrie* account for the purchase of tokens, will never be used to repurchase tokens already issued.
All **HIVE** sent for the purchase of tokens will be powered up and locked in stake.

**HIVE** donated to the *@huckleberrie* account may be used to purchase tokens or powered up at our discretion.

**Seedling** level gives no advantages. Benefits only begin at **Plant** level

Completing **Seedling** level will recover cost of subscription.

<center>  **Purchase of HKLBRE** </center>

Purchase of *Huckleberrie* token (**HKLBRE**) for services offered can only be done through direct transfer to the *Huckleberrie* account on the exchange or to the Hive wallet.

**HKLBRE** is available at 1 HIVE - 1 HKLBRE.

It is not recommended to purchase **HKLBRE** from the market. An equal or lower price is the only result.

The amount of **HKLBRE** an individual can purchase increases as they continue to partake up to a pre-set maximum.

Once the maximum purchase has been reached. Each player resets to their original level.

<center> **Sell Your HKLBRE** </center>

**HKLBRE** can be sold on Tribaldex or Hive-engine.

To be guaranteed of a purchase. List the token at 1.05 **HIVE**

Skipping or jumping the queue is permitted by offering a reduced price. This will result in the amount of **HKLBRE** allocated for your future purchases being reduced.

<center> **Subscription** </center>

Subscription will be available on a tier basis.

Everyone starts on a seedling level and can move up accordingly as tokens are repurchased.

A member reaching *Huckleberrie* level will have  paid a total of 13 **HIVE** to reach that level.

Tiers do not reset. only the level once a max limit is reached.

Once at a tier you remain there unless you change subscription at the end of the year. You can move up a tier at anytime by additional subscription.

**Note:** *The purchase of a token does not guarantee a return within 1 week.*

Seedling. 1 **HIVE**.
Purchase of 1 - 10 tokens per week.

Plant. 2 **HIVE**.
Purchase of 1 - 25 tokens per week.

Bush. 4 **HIVE**.
Purchase of 1 - 60 tokens per week.

Huckleberrie. 6 **HIVE**.
Purchase of 1 - 100 tokens.

A tokens repurchase has a maximum of 100% extra. Doubling the original amount. Once the maximum limit has been reached or 20 cycles complete. The limit is reset to the tier level.

Moving up or down a tier level can be done only at the time of subscription.

Example:
Purchase 10 tokens.
Trade for 10.50.
Repeat this process.
Purchase 11 tokens 
Trade for 11.55.
Repeat this process.
Purchase 12 tokens.
Trade for 12.60

The initial purchase amount can increase to equal that of the total sale price.
On reaching the maximum level of a tier a member has the option to move up a tier or reset the tier and remain there.

Hive community support can be given to this project through delegations to *@huckleberrie*. This does not offer any returns.
