#### Expected behavior
* This application is used to send SMS messages and share media and attachments with complete privacy.
The application should be able to share a media file (video).
#### Actual behavior
* Whenever I try to share a video of small size, a message pops up every time showing "attachments exceeds size limit" which shouldn't happen with small sized files.
#### How to reproduce
Launch the app.
Go to contacts.
Select any contact.
Click on the Gallery icon.
Select a video of smallest size.
Try to send this video again and again.
A message pops up every time showing "Attachment exceeds size limit".
* Application: Silence(SilenceIM), Version: 0.15.12
* Operating system:Android Naugat.

So that is not actually a bug but there is a limit of size that can be sent. the reason for this is that limit can vary between sender and recipient to avoid any form of difficulties to receive MMS even if the message has been sent.
