<div class="text-justify">Greetings friends of Amazing Drinks. Today's drink brings back fond memories, I have used only three ingredients, papaya, banana or cambur and water. Papaya was my parents' favorite fruit, they used to consume it in pieces and sometimes in juices or meringues, as it is rich in fiber, my father consumed it to regulate his constipation and obtained excellent results. My mother, when she suffered from digestive discomfort, used to drink it in juices, without sugar, accompanied by toasted bread, it was her breakfast. In fact, I myself had digestive problems and that diet worked for me.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Papaya contains many healing properties and is a source of vitamin A, C and papain, an enzyme that facilitates the digestion of proteins, it is very efficient for that function. On this occasion, I made a very good and delicious combination, rich in nutrients and simple to make. To all the properties of the papaya I added those of the banana, highlighting its source of potassium and creaminess for a luxurious consistency. I didn't add any sugar, I kept the natural sweetness of both fruits.</div>

## Preparation

<div class="text-justify">Saludos amigos de Amazing Drinks. La bebida de hoy me trae gratos recuerdos, he utilizado solo tres ingredientes, lechosa o papaya, banana o cambur y agua. La papaya era la fruta predilecta de mis padres, solían consumirla en trozos y a veces en jugos o merengadas.Como es rica en fibra, mi padre la consumía para regular su estreñimiento y obtenía excelentes resultados. Mi madre cuándo sufría de malestares digestivos la tomaba en jugos, sin azúcar, acompañado de un pan tostado, era su desayuno. De hecho, yo misma tuve problemas digestivos y me funcionó esa dieta.</div>

<div class="text-justify">La papaya contiene muchas propiedades curativas y es fuente de vitamina A, C y papaína, una enzima que facilita la digestión de las proteínas, es muy eficiente para esa función. En esta ocasión, hice una combinación muy buena y deliciosa, rica en nutrientes y sencilla de hacer. A todas las propiedades de la papaya le añadí las de la banana, resaltando su fuente de potasio y cremosidad para una consistencia de lujo. No agregué nada de azúcar, me quedo con el dulce natural de ambas frutas.</div>

## Preparación

Hola!
Este batido lo suelo hacer muy seguido, me ha ayudado mucho en mis problemas estomacales, lo mejor es que no se necesita añadir Azúcar.

Amiga la papaya o lechosa tiene infinidades beneficios yo acostumbro a tomarla siempre para que me regule para ir al baño, sus semillas son un desparasitante natural.
