Hello, self. How are you now? Are you okay? Are you still eating about three times a day? I'm sure you are already 23 years old now, and that's the only thing I knew since I'm not a fortune teller where I already knew your condition. Sorry for that silly and corny joke, as I'm just trying to lighten the atmosphere.

Are my parents okay? Did my father already recover from a stroke? How about my mom and my siblings? Are they fine? Sorry future self, if I failed to express how much I loved them five years ago because I admit I'm not that person. But maybe in your world, I think you will be more affectionate.

Five years have passed since you received this message, and I still don't know your appearance. Maybe you got beards, became taller, or you lost some weight? Did your motivation five years ago become enough to pursue your ultimate dream regarding your physical appearance? This year 2022, I admit that my world felt sucked. There are a lot of obstacles and downfalls which I thought could lead me to depression. I wonder if the problems I overcame today are more severe than what you are experiencing today. As you know, Charles, I'm trying to be **one of the best** regarding academics because I swear in the opportunity rejected me that I'm worth it. I also want to be sorry but not sorry that my 2022 was filled with vengeance and motivation to keep forward, although I feel pressured to keep it up.

How about your studies? Did you do well? In your journey as a first-year student, you dreamed of graduating with Latin Honors. Am I right? They said that the higher level is difficult, and I can't help to wonder if those higher levels I met are stating facts. I did well in the first semester of being a freshman, and I wonder if I managed to keep it up. Are you satisfied with the course you chose, or do you have some regrets? But remember that we are always doing our best in a given situation. That's why keep in mind that there's nothing to worry about in having regrets since, in life, we are always choosing.

How about your favorite girl group exactly eight years ago? BLACKPINK opened the door for me to discover K-Pop, and I can't help to ask myself if there's something happened about them in the five years since I wrote this letter. Did they already disband, or have they still signed a contract on their entertainment label? They are releasing good music during the peak of their popularity, and I wonder if they can maintain it. Regardless of their plans, I still adore them as their ultimate fan.

There's also a popular belief that no one can predict our future. I can't assume what would be the future, so the only thing I can say to you is that you did your best. Whatever your decision, I believe you did it as you thought it would be the best. Maybe you will commit many mistakes five years from now, but I promise I won't look at it.
