I believe that personal growth influences our physique, so you could say that there is a great relationship in these two characteristics. Nowadays, these changes could be called a glow me, that is, a drastic change that favors the physique and also the mentality of the individual.

When surfing the internet, I started to see what kind of content I could publish and when I saw that @canelarecetas made an initiative about the change of 10 years was like "Bingo" this will be mine.

Creo que el crecimiento personal influye en nuestro físico, así que se podría decir que hay una gran relación en estas dos características. One of the first changes I am very proud of is the courage I have developed to live. Since I was a little girl, I have been very shy to talk and exchange ideas with other people. That has brought me emotional problems that hit my self-esteem, causing insecurity and a lot of fear to think differently from others.

As I grew up and met people with different thoughts, they made me understand that all people are made to have a "unique" way of being. From those encounters with personalities more daring and funnier than mine, it helped me to overcome the psycho-terror of being different.

Uno de lo primeros cambios que estoy muy orgullosa es la valentía que he desarrollado para vivir. Desde pequeña, he sido una niña muy tímida para hablar e intercambiar ideas con otras personas. Eso me ha traído problemas emocionales que golpearon mi autoestima, provocando inseguridad y mucho temor al pensar diferente de los demás.

Mientras crecía y conocía personas con distintos pensamientos, me hacían entender que todas las personas estamos hecha para tener una forma de ser "única". A partir de esos reencuentros con personalidades más atrevidas y divertidas que la mía, me ayudó a superar el psico-terror de ser diferente.

Empecé a mejorar mis técnicas ocultas, aquellas capacidades como nadar, leer, escribir, colorear eran absorbidas para un avance social y psicológico. Reconocí que era buena estudiando, que me gustaba investigar, que adoraba leer y escribir, todas esas afinaciones hicieron lo que soy actualmente.</div></div>
