<div class="text-justify">I've been on hive blockchain for more than an year already and throughout this journey I've learnt plenty of lessons that helped me to improvise and transformed this life of mine. 

<br> in the beginning every step we take on hive teachs something and this is how everyone should approach > first give it time to understand, learn the basic things since it's different from <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-web-2-0'>Web 2.0</a>. 

I used to be so confused and had a lot of questions always and seeking for answer was the one finest thing I did and would suggest you to do same if you're new and have questions.

Now there's a one main lesson I learnt that specifically I want to share ahead in detail with whole story. So, let's begin.

<b> Overcoming The Fear of not Getting Involved or Engaging </b> 

<br> The sooner you realize this thing the more better it will eventually become for you on <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive'>Hive</a>. When I was a newbie on hive I honestly had this fear from web 2.0 that if I get involved in this matter, I might get cancelled, blocked and all happens in <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-centralization'>Centralized</a> platforms.

Many times on other <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-social-media'>Social Media</a> platforms like Facebook or twitter in past I've faced those things and thought it would be same here.

The toxic culture on web 2.0 was something pushing me back and not letting me progress anywhere.

Until I said, <b> let's forget web 2.0 ever existed and start like web 3.0 is only thing I've ever tried... </b>

This was when I got enough confidence to finally give a try to overcome my fear than I started engaging with hivers without that thought of being cancelled and I truly made some awesome frens.

Eventually I was getting confidence and started to participate in other hive activities and sharing my opinion if I knows something and can add value or if there's something I can relate with other hivers.

It was like finding a connection with each other and interaction turned out more enjoyable experience.

<b> High Rep X Dilemma for Newbies </b>
I assumed high Rep users might not notice anything I say, believe or do since they're large <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-shareholder'>stakeholders</a> in this ecosystem.

But they do give response, aren't arrogant and notice things.

There's is belief that Riches on internet seems to <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-sell'>Sell</a> their products and use their influence as a source to make <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-money'>Money</a> ~ on Web 2.0.

But on Hive, Riches do transform (create) wealth to one putting efforts and work, they don't take our money from us.

<b> Beyond The Chain </b>

There's more than a <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-blockchain'>Blockchain</a>, it's the whole ecosystem where you find many ways to keep yourself engaged in. 

I tried Games, <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-non-fungible-token-nft'>Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)</a> and <a href='https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-layer-2'>Layer 2</a> Tokens as well as blogging and there are some things yet I want to try like stepping into vlog which is my another fear that I need to overcome and improve realtime communication skills.
