When we get angry, our body dances to another tune entirely and we start feeling like an alien. You start reading different meanings to things that does not matter on a normal day and always let your feelings/emotions direct you into misbehaving. Some people would rather keep quiet instead of talking or reacting thereby showing there anger with their actions. Instead of them to speak out and let the issue die down, they would hold it in and start reacting towards the victim. Anger like this destroys a lot of things than repair and if you do not have a forgiving spirit, you get to destroy yourself and image that the world knows differently. In the process of our anger, we do not respect anyone especially if its a volatile one, everyone looks like a victim to them and they don't care whatever damage they cause. All they know right there and then is the ability to express there feelings in form of hurtful words and destructive energy. Anger is not a respecter of person if giving the chance, it mows down everything it sees in its path and would leave you weak and depressed afterwards. Never give anger a chance and if you discover your ability to not having control over it, seek help and work on yourself and emotions. We alone have the power to control our emotions, either you give it a free reign or you learn the act of patience. To speak and be expressive and at the same time be respectful. Deliver your points in a respectful way while also driving home your point. When you do this, you gain more attention and respect from people around. Anger is a deatroyer of man and image, once your image is touched with a tint of anger, it takes years of hard work to be able to redeem it. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, filled with humans with lots of flaws and character.
