Hello guys, Merry christmas in advance. My friend @xawi invited me to participate in her post write up, where I get to talk about lessons from 2018.  

Lesson One
Be you and every other person will conform: I have learnt not to change for people, rather let them adjust to me. I have learnt never to be a people pleaser but to set my pace and abide by my own rules. 

Lesson Two
Everybody is your friend when they are getting something from you, once the benefit stops, they move to the next source. Never let people see you as the end to their means. They won't mind ruining you in the process and when what they need finishes they won't bother to ask how life is.

Lesson Three
Always be time conscious, never say never. No time like now, I learnt that the hard way. Never delay your success because of fear and uncertainty. Learn to try and succeed with all your might. People will pass their fear on you and make you feel less of yourself. I have learnt to overlook this and do me. Listen to your heart and not the noise around you. When your heart says move, then do that. Never be afraid to fail. Failure is another path to success.    

Lesson Four
Limit your circle and recognise your friends. Discover the ones rooting for your success and the the ones lobbying around for the benefits. Never be afraid to cut off bad energy. Some people serve their usefulness and after that, they become useless and a responsibility. They make themselves a liability to your life and a drawstring to pull you down.
