The word driving can be seen in driving a car. Moving from one place to another or climbing a tree or having a force that can lift something from where it is to where you want it to be. It can also be liken to leveraging. While growth is seen in almost everything. Web3-0 is not left behind. It is growing each day and the growth will not see end. <p>When you plant a seed today. No one will know what it is or how big the seed will be until it germinate and start growing. At first the seed may resemble another one until it get leaves and branches. It is because it relied on [Blockchain](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/blockchain). Because of volatile nature of [cryptocurrency](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/cryptocurrency) people thought web3 will collapse. They thought that cryptocurrency is where web3.0 [technology](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-technology) relied so when crypto clashed, they thought web3.0 will collapse too. But the opposite is that, web3.0 technology is soaring high each day. Adoption of web3-0 is massive and nothing can stop it 

**What is the driving force of web3.0**?

Three things is behind the growth of web3.0. that is [business](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-business) [security](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-security) and [technical](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-technical-analysis-ta)
You know, when COVID-19 striked. It closed down some companies and open up an opportunity for IT revenue. It was in the midst of COVID-19 that people demanded of 5G network. All of this is [Blockchain](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/blockchain) application. Before COVID -19. Many people are not in the [internet](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-internet). They don't care much about Blockchain technology. But now they have seen the need and the result is that [web3.0](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-web-3-0) is taking over. A lot of businesses are thriving now on Blockchain than before. Connecting people from different countries is possible now because of Blockchain technology. <p>The [decentralized](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-decentralization) nature of web3.0 has made it possible for conventional business to thrive very well. Like e-commerce, retailing of products, entertainment and health care services. Everyone who owns a business want to know more about web3.0 Blockchain and to use it in his business. And that is big advantage to web3-0.

**Another driving factor is Banking**

Insurance companies and financial services are taking advantage of web3-0. Government are not left out on this. The insurance company can reduce the risk of fruad through web3-0 Blockchain. I will love to share this experience. <p>I headed a group of women who took loan from FCMB [bank](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-bank) years back. A lady took loan of 200k and was unable to pay. A time came that the our co asked her to do a poster of herself as a dead person. And also go to mortuary to take a picture of her lying with other corps inside mortuary. And a picture of her burial. She said since this lady cannot pay her debt, that she is as good as a dead person. I told her that I will not be part of the game. Later they did it and insurance company paid them. This is what happens in centralized record. It can be tampered or changed completely. This is one of the problem web3-0 is here to solve.  You can imagine that, paying debt of a living person as if she is dead. Her record was changed immediately. <p>In which area is government coming in. Many things has gone wrong in the [government](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-government). Records of lands has been compromised. And this has caused a lot of problem in different cominity. Many lands has been sold to So many person's causing fight and killing . This happened because it is paper record. It is in Blockchain, it will not happen so because the record transparency would not be compromised.  So ministry of lands will solve problems and keep good record through [web3-0](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-web-3-0) <p>Now the security aspects of web3-0 Blockchain . Do you know that many countries like Nigeria are not doing [digital](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-digital) voting yet. And that is why there is a lot of problem in Nigeria after vote. Imagine no network during results of vote. But there was network during voting. So many corruption because is centralized. Everyone wants to vote digitally now to be sure is safe and transparent. And what will happen to web3-0 as all this things are happening. **Industries and e-commerce**

As far as people want security, transparency and fast transaction, web3-0 [technology](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-technology) is the answer because it makes transaction easy and it is fast. E-commerce vision is to connect to people around the world to buy from them and this is the fastest way to do that. Security is also important in e-commerce. In this hospital is not left behind. Web3-0 Blockchain will give accurate data records. Supply of medicine will be fast. So many things will be corrected using web3-0 technology and Blockchain. E-commerce will do well. Industries will exell more. Payment will be easy and fast. Connecting people around the world . Web3-0 will drive trillions of dollars.
