How about when you have to vary your menus, trying to eat healthy, and having to explain to people what you can or can't eat, it's exhausting. I don't know if it happens to you, but it's definitely exhausting.

Not many people understand your process; everyone wants to give their opinion, to tell you whether you should eat, but it's also difficult to explain or say that you do what you can with what you have. Sometimes we have to eat the same thing over and over again because it's what we have.

There are many things I haven't been able to eat yet, or I do so sporadically because it's expensive or difficult to obtain; especially vegetables, in good condition; it's an odyssey to buy them.

No one said it would be easy. I don't know if I'm doing it right, but I keep trying every day. I get up every morning thinking I'll feel better today, and even though it's hard at first, I manage to stay calm.  The pain comes and goes, the decline, fatigue, tiredness—all of it weighs heavily. It's certainly a long process, a long road, but there we go, always hand in hand with God.

One day at a time, one step at a time, slowly but surely.

It's time to breathe and let go, and most importantly, don't give up; that's the key to everything.

Cómo cuando te toca variar tus menús, tratando de comer saludable, y tener que explicar a las personas que puedes o no comer, eso agota, no sé si les pasa, pero definitivamente es agotador.

No muchos entienden tu proceso, todos quieren opinar, decirte que si deberías comer, pero también es difícil explicar o decir que se hace lo que se puede con lo que sé tiene, a veces nos toca comer lo mismo una y otra vez porque es lo hay.

Hay muchas cosas que aún no he podido comer, o lo hago esporádicamente por lo costoso que es, o difícil de conseguir; sobre todo los vegetales, en buen estado, es una odisea poder comprarlos.

Nadie dijo que sería fácil, no sé si lo estoy haciendo bien, pero lo sigo intentando todos los días, me levanto cada mañana, pensando hoy me sentiré mejor, y aunque al principio me cuesta, logro estar tranquila.

Los dolores van y vienen, el decaimiento, fatiga, cansancio, todo eso pesa, y mucho, sin duda es un largo proceso, un largo camino, pero bueno allí vamos de la mano de Dios siempre.

Un día a la vez, un paso a la vez, lento pero seguro.

Toca respirar y soltar, y lo más importante, no rendirse, esa es la clave de todo.
