Trying to make carrot bread in the pan [ENG-ESP]

Well, these recipes on social media are definitely misleading, but you should still try them.

I'm making it again, and I love inventing and experimenting on my own. That's how you learn, so they say馃, by spoiling.

I saw this recipe on Instagram and thought, I have the ingredients. I'll try it and see if it's true. But like I said, it's one thing what they show and another how you make it. It did taste great, though, hahaha.

 Now, the recipe is, well, believe it or not, it's carrot bread, or whatever I've called this post: My attempt at skillet carrot bread.

### The ingredients I used were the following:

馃ク 25g oat flour
馃ク 70g carrots
馃ク 1 tablespoon baking powder
馃ク 1 tablespoon flaxseed
馃ク 1 egg
馃ク 1 pinch of salt

### How I prepared it:

I saw this recipe on Instagram. The girl gives the ingredients differently, and since I'm not a baker and I don't know much about measurements, I opted to Google it in grams, the amount of flour and carrots.

With that, I decided I'd try it and see if I could get it right. What I did was take a bowl and mix all the aforementioned ingredients. I stirred with a tablespoon while letting the pan heat up a bit with the olive oil.

 Then, I placed the mixture in the pan, giving it a semi-round shape. I put a lid on it and let it cook, stirring from side to side. According to the Instagram video, the bread was a bit large and hard inside 馃馃お, but in my case, it wasn't. It was soft, yes, very rich and somewhat sweet, I assumed it was because of the flour.

As I mentioned, it tasted good and was edible. I think maybe I added too much carrot. I don't know, next time I'll bake it and see how it goes.

My attempt at carrot bread turned out like this. I filled it with shredded chicken and avocado. It was so delicious 馃構馃構

Vi esta receta por Instagram, y pens茅 tengo los ingredientes, voy a probar a ver si es cierto, pero c贸mo dije, una cosa es lo que muestran y otra c贸mo a uno le sale, eso s铆, de sabor qued贸 genial jajajaja.

Ahora que receta es, bueno aunque no lo crean, es un pan de zanahoria, o como denomine este post: **Mi intento de pan de zanahoria en el sart茅n**

### Los ingredientes que us茅 fueron los siguientes:

馃ク 25 gr harina de avena 
馃ク 70 gr de zanahoria 
馃ク 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear 
馃ク 1 cucharada de linaza 
馃ク 1 huevo 
馃ク 1 pizca de sal

### C贸mo lo prepar茅:

Est谩 receta la vi por Instagram, la chica da los ingredientes de otra forma y c贸mo yo no soy repostera ni se mucho de medidas, opte por buscarlo por san Google en gramos, la cantidad de harina y zanahoria.

Con esto, dije voy a probar a ver si me sale, lo que hice fue tomar un bol y mezclar todos los ingredientes antes mencionados, con una cucharada fui revolviendo, mientras dejaba que el sart茅n se calienta un poco con el aceite de oliva.

Luego la mezcla la coloque en el sart茅n, d谩ndole una forma semi redonda, le puse una tapa y dej茅 que se cocinar谩, dando vueltas de un lado a otro; seg煤n el v铆deo por Instagram, el pan qued贸 algo grande y duro por dentro 馃馃お, pero en mi caso no fue as铆, qued贸 blandito, eso s铆, muy rico y algo dulce, supuse que por la harina.

Hola! no ser铆a que la zanahoria ten铆a mucho jugo, hay recetas en que es mejor escurrirlas bien o a lo mejor la persona que da la receta no la dio completa, eso suele pasar, yo he hecho muchas recetas de internet y casi todas me han salido bien, pero si han habido algunas en las que he perdido los ingredientes.
De todas maneras estas aprendiendo y eso es muy importante, adem谩s se ve que disfrutaste tu pan de zanahoria! 馃槉
