The author provides few strategies to overcome negative thoughts and emotions in this book for the readers to practice it. One can easily replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations by practicing these strategies. In these strategies, one should surround themselves with positive mindset people and practice forgiveness. 4. The author emphasises on developing a positive self-image and encourages the readers to recognise their abilities and strengths. Cultivate self-confidence and accept the people as they are.
