¡Nunca me he sentido tan bien como en este momento!  Les escribe @ilazramusic el día de hoy.

Agradezco demasiado el apoyo y el cariño de todas las personas que me han llevado a tomar esta decisión tan importante.

Siempre he querido curar contenido con un impacto más grande que el que he podido otorgar a las personas y por supuesto basado en mi criterio personal, porque luego del entrenamiento que recibí en @curie desde la época de la antigua cadena, me siento preparado y capacitado para la tarea.

Llega a #Hive un proyecto el cual he decidido separar de mi cuenta personlas por dos razones particulares:

* <h4>Mi cuenta personal está en trails de curación:</h4> esto me imposibilita totalmente el poder curar manualmente porque tengo que otorgar votos automáticos todos los días y eso hace que me baje el VP a 80% muy rápido.

* <h4>Mi vinculación con el proyecto @aliento:</h4> Este proyecto es solo una extensión de la increíble labor que vienen realizando @eddiespino y @grisvisa con respecto al tema de apoyar a creadores de contenido no solo con curación sino con información de utilidad.

I've never felt as good as I do right now!  This is @ilazramusic writing to you today.

I'm so grateful for the support and love from all the people who have led me to make this important decision.

I've always wanted to curate content with a bigger impact than what I've been able to give to people and of course based on my personal criteria, because after the training I received at @curie since the time of the old network, I feel prepared and qualified for the task.

Arrives to #Hive a project which I have decided to separate from my personlas account for two particular reasons:

* <h4>My personal account is in curation trails:</h4> this makes it totally impossible for me to curate manually because I have to grant automatic votes every day and that makes me drop my VP to 80% very fast.

<h4>My link to the @aliento project:</h4> This project is just an extension of the incredible work that @eddiespino and @grisvisa have been doing on the topic of supporting content creators not only with curation but with useful information.

@ilaz.aliento nace como un proyecto de curación y educación para usuarios de todo tipo, pero enfocados especialmente en usuarios nuevos, inexpertos o infravalorados.

Para realizar lo anteriormente planteado, dedicaré esta cuenta para los siguientes fines:

* Curación de contenido con el apoyo de @aliento y @theycallmedan. 

* Creación de tutoriales tanto en @peakd (escritos) como en @threespeak (vídeo).

* Creación de iniciativas en la comunidad [Hive Venezuela](https://peakd.com/c/hive-186377) para incentivar a la creación de contenido en #Hive.

* Apoyo a iniciativas y concursos pequeños de usuarios comprometidos con la cadena.

Y muchas cosas más que se irán desarrollando a medida que pase el timepo.

@ilaz.aliento is born as a curation and education project for users of all kinds, but especially focused on new, inexperienced or undervalued users.

To achieve the above, I will dedicate this account for the following purposes:

* Content curation with the support of @aliento and @theycallmedan. 

* Creation of tutorials in both @peakd (written) and @threespeak (video).

* Creation of initiatives in the [Hive Venezuela](https://peakd.com/c/hive-186377) community to encourage content creation in #Hive.

* Support for small initiatives and contests of users committed to the network.

And many more things that will be developed as time goes by.

Para las curaciones se estarán realizando entre <em><strong>3 y 5 curaciones diarias</strong></em> (dependiendo del VP de la cuenta @aliento mientras vamos obteniendo recursos y vamos haciendo crecer esta cuenta).

Luego de recibir las curaciones, se les dejará un comentario en cada post curado para dar certeza de que el proyecto visitó dicho post y quede todo lo más transparente posible.

Intentaré repartir la mayor cantidad de votos posibles y me enfocaré especialmente en autores nuevos y autores infravalorados o autores con bajas recompensas en los últimos 3 días (no limitante).

Por supuesto, recuerden que como cualquier proyecto de curación, tendré un criterio básico para curar contenido que seré el siguiente:

* Contenido en Español y Bilingüe.

* Contenido Original (de utilizar elementos externos, colocar la fuente del mismo).

* NO SE VA A CURAR ningún post que se detecte como plagio.

For the curations will be made between <em><strong>3 and 5 votes per day</strong></strong></em> (depending on the VP of the account @aliento while we are getting resources and we are growing this account).

After receiving the curations, a comment will be left on each cured post to give certainty that the project visited the post and make everything as transparent as possible.

I will try to distribute as many votes as possible and I will focus especially on new authors and undervalued authors or authors with low rewards in the last 3 days (not limiting).

Of course, remember that like any curation project, I will have a basic criteria for curating content which will be the following:

* Content in Spanish and Bilingual.

* Original content (if external elements are used, please include the source of the content).

* Post that is detected as plagiarism WON'T RECEIVE A VOTE.
