Buenas tarde mi querida comunidad , hoy es viernes y nos merecemos una rica y deliciosa merienda, que podamos conversar tranquilamente con un te y unas bombas dulces al lado, así les puse de nombre, parecen unos globitos cuando se están cocinando, la receta la obtuve después de varios meses de laboratorio, jajaja así le digo cuando estoy en búsqueda de una receta ideal, resulta que al principio yo estaba buscando hacer una receta de donas con harina leudante , pero no me funcionaba lo que hacia, un día haciendo estas pruebas logre dar con esta receta  divertida, deliciosa y suave, le di por nombre Mini globos dulces de harina, y son estupendas para la merienda, ahora les compartiré mi receta paso a paso para que la hagas en casa

Dos tazas de harina leudante

Pizca de sal

Media taza de leche

una cucharada de mantequilla derretida

Media taza de azúcar 

1 huevo

Una cucharada de vainilla

Aceite suficiente para freír

Mezclar todos los ingredientes, la masa debe de quedar suave, espesa y un poco pegajosa como en las fotos, freír en abundante aceite caliente a fuego lento dorar por ambos lados, ya listos pasamos por papel absorbente y servimos

Puedes agregarle azúcar al salir caliente o otros topping, en mi caso no le agregue nada por que considero que la masa es suficientemente dulce, tienes que estar pendiente de cocinarlos a temperatura baja, por que al cocinarla con altas temperaturas suele quedar cruda por dentro, esta merienda es fantástica para compartir con amigos y familiares acompañado de un rico te o chocolate caliente, espero que lo hayas disfrutado tanto como yo, <strong>gracias por leer!</strong>
