The Month is wrapping up and the crypto market seems to be in a stable green trend during the past few weeks. October has been on a green unlike past months but now that ETH is hitting $1.5K as at time of writing this post and BTC is above $20k. https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2020/10/22/01/46/cryptocurrency-5674685__480.png[s©](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2020/10/22/01/46/cryptocurrency-5674685__480.png) The current fear that looms among traders is that miners might be selling their assets to cover energy cost for their daily operations as its now costly to cover electricity with the current energy crisis faced in most regions. But I dont see this as a problem. do you think miners selling to cover energy cost an issue. The real issue is POW. My thoughts on this fear of miners selling because of energy cost is that - POW is not going to be the future of crypto currency as that era might end with Bitcoin. You can quote me wrong but as a newbie who loves the ecosystem. After 24 million btc gets mined fully I'm predicting it to be the last proof of work concept. Remember ETH has left the POW(proof of work) mechanism which is prone to fail crypto as we move forward. Eth making that move wasnt easy but a necessary step to evolve in the everchanging crypto market. While the fear of miners selling looms do you think their sells will affect the market before the month ends or we'll see a $30K btc in november. While we speculate on the price which would you want to see first - a $2K ETH or $30K BTC. Now that POW is having issues due to energy cost all over the world courtesy of putin war with ukraine and irrelevant santions by biden. Its very clear that POW isnt the best choice moving forward in the crypto world. What do you think my crypto newbies and experts?
