Welcome to @imbigdee blog, this is a response to @zoneboy initiative - It is an introduction to the 100DaysOfCode initiative. It is an initiative that tends to expose participants to the developer world. ### **Task** After giving a well-detailed example on his blog, this is the task given by him. It is titled: _My First Webpage._ >> Using the example given, give a brief information about yourself and publish it. ----------- #### **Step 1** I downloaded and installed the Visual Studio Code editor on my laptop successfully. #### **Step 2** I created a folder on my desktop and named it _Code._ #### **Step 3** I opened the blank page of the editor and saved it as 'index.html.' <center> </center> #### **Step 4** On the screen page of the editor shown below, I pasted the characters you can find on the screen from @zoneboy's example. <center> </center> ##### **Step 5** I wrote **My First Webpage** between `<title>` and `</title>` then **Hello World** between `<body>` and `</body>`. <center> </center> #### **Step 6** I saved the page and loaded on my browser to get: <center> </center> #### **Step 7** Finally, according to the task, I wrote a little details about me on the editor and saved it then loaded the _index.html_ on my browser <center> </center> <center> </center> -------- #### **My Comment** This is quite easy at the beginning and I have a feeling it will get harder soon. With proper instructions and detail analysis, it should be easier for me. I quite enjoyed running the program and seeing the end result on a browser. This should be fun, 99 more days to go.
