<br> # <center>Hello All</center> ### <center>It is middle of the week, Wednesday ๐จ</center> *** ### Only 3 days of summer holidays past, Did not do much of work which I have avoided for a long time. Absolutely including house chores, cleaning, laundry, and organizing. Always no fun but after finishing, it gives you some gratification of work. Then started reading some books, which I have piled somewhere on my desk. One of them is Misery by Stephen King. I know my superman โค๏ธ were reading for last few weeks and then said the book was crazy. So dug my book pile and found. At the end of the first chapter, felt totally super nervous. ๐ฒ๐จ๐ต Quite into the book now so cannot wait for the rest of them. Anyway, to stick to my summer plan, finally sitting at the table for some post. Today I will post my superman ๐จโ๐ณ has tried to cook different dishes with his new skillet. ๐ฅ *** <center></center> ##### <center>The Beef Steak for Home Dinner๐</center> We both are interested in cooking and trying new kitchen tools. Whenever we visited some malls and walked around,we found the kitchen tools in the shopping mall looked always better and quite more fancy than what we have. Then our talk usually went to the imagination what if we have a big kitchen full of nice kitchen stuff like some great cooking pans, different sizes of pots, nice plates and bowls and even a good wooden spatula. Then one day, I found quite okay price of a skillet for him. Could not wait for that and pretty excited to see him to cook because whenever we had what if talk he sometimes mentioned anything cooked by skillet would be nicer. *** <center></center> ##### <center>Lodge, our new skillet๐ณ</center> *** # <center>His first challenge, HOMEMADE STEAK!๐ฎ</center> ### <center>Here shows his cooking process of pictures.</center> <center></center> ##### <center>Salt and pepper on beef, then COOK!</center> <center></center> <center></center> ##### <center>It came out Medium Rare, YUMYUM! ๐</center> <center> It was way greater compared our other tries before and I guess steak can be very different with all different factors, like the intensity of fire and the quality of meat and even the rate of amounts of salt and pepper. </center> *** ### <center>Then, other day he has challenged for salmon,๐</center> <center></center> ##### <center> Homemade Salmon Steak โ๏ธ</center> It was also nice, too. I thought it will be difficult to cook them nicely but he did quite well. Even outside was quite crunch and inside was juicy. I had so much fun for dinner with this and nice wine.๐ป๐ท <center></center> <center></center> *** <center></center> <center></center> ##### <center>His other healthy dishes</center> Now I know my superman chef ๐จโ๐ณ๐ช can cook anything I want with his super skillet and other kitchen tools! Somehow it is my big pleasure to buy him what he likes to do. Then I know he will be into that and try his best. Still remember with the skillet, he was very into cooking and trying all his best with the recipe he found and also tried to serve me the best dishes!
