Tags Not Showing Up In Leo Posts? Support?

This is probably not the place to do this but I'm not sure where is so I apologize but I'm hoping for some help.

I love Leo Finance as a platform. For blogging the only platform that comes close in terms of quality of experience is Peakd.

That said, many times over the last few months, there have been errors when I've posted that mean hours of work to fix it or that I just have to make the post again on peakd if I want anyone to see it.

First, there's a problem where if I've uploaded many pictures and reordered them in the post, they might show up in weird places, out of order, or with some duplicated and others missing when I publish. This problem I can deal with although if there are a lot of images it can get very tedious and I usually have to use peakd to fix it.

If someone knows how to avoid this I'd love to know.

The second issue I keep sometimes running into is worse though. I'll choose my tags and publish and it will come out with no tags at all. This means the post didn't publish to the other front ends so no one sees it and if they do, the curation is all less valuable.

Adding tags after the fact doesn't work for publishing on other platforms so I usually have to repost the whole thing on peakd which means I now have two of the same posts clogging followers feeds.

This problem happens on maybe 1 out of 4 of my posts now. Is there a fix for this? I want to keep using the platform but this is so frustrating and time consuming.

The [BroadHive version](https://www.broadhive.org/hive-167922/@imno/splinterlands-makes-three-very-smart-moves) works when I type in the URL.

The strange thing is that the BroadHive version even has all the other tags showing up...

Exactly the same thing when I manually go to the [ProofOfBrain version](https://www.proofofbrain.io/@imno/splinterlands-makes-three-very-smart-moves)...

So the original post is actually publishing with all your tags, but they're just not showing up on the LeoFinance version.

Something else it might be is that the LeoFinance front-end treats some tags as spam.

For example I 100% know the actifit tag is banned.

So are you changing the community tags post to post and it's only posts with a certain tag that get hidden?

What are PGM, THGAMING and MEME?

Maybe one of those is on the spam list?

I noticed they listed on broadhive. But the owner of broadhive posts on Leo as his front end and i obsessed with finance so I wondered if there was just some connection. It didn't go to splintertalk, centblog, or 1up. Also the tags that are showing up are the ones I put in on peakd after the fact which still don't show up on leo. 

The spam thing is interesting though. THGaming is a brand new tag that just came out and it already pretty respected. PGM and MEME I've used on other posts that have gone through with no issue even just a week ago. 

I'd like to find this list of banned tags so I don't screw that up. Also, I've been meaning to check out actifit since I've been thinking about doing some fitness posting. Do you know why they banned it?

Ah, I'm not sure then - Gah, this is annoying me so I can't imagine how you're feeling haha. 

Just be aware that the Discord is a bit of a shitshow and they've obviously got their hands full with everyone asking the same questions about PolyCub over and over.

LEO rewards were meant to be just for rewarding quality *finance and investing* related content.

But people just took advantage, milking LEO rewards on their spammy 'i went for a jog' posts.

People are just shit ;)

Other than opening a ticket in the LeoFinance Discord and having one of the devs troubleshoot for a known issue, all I can offer is lame advice that I'm sure you've tried.

So you've definitely hit *Save Tags* and double checked that it saved?

If you don't click *Save Tags* then they won't show up.

After saving the tags and clicking *Publish*, do the tags show up here in the preview window like the test screen below?

I'm sorry man, I just don't see why they wouldn't show up if they're saved, and display as saved, before you click publish.

Thanks for taking some time on this. I'm clicking save and I'm checking to see if they pop up before publishing just because this has happened a few times now so now I'm paranoid. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my absolute crap internet signal since the tags issue has only happened since I've been in Mexico. Yesterday my signal was particularly bad but it published super fast. I then got an error message that some transaction didn't go through and sure enough, my tags weren't there. 

The weird thing is that I then wrote this post and I go the same error message but the tags did go through. 

Then I edited the post to add the tags using leo after publishing and they listed but when I came back to the post a few minutes later they were gone again. Then I added them on Peakd and now I can see them when I'm on peakd but on leo they are still missing. It's all pretty weird. 

Anyway, I didn't know about the discord. I'll jump on there and see what they have to say.

The more I think about it, the more I think it might be using tags on Leo that they've deemed 'spam'.

The MEME tag maybe?

Try not using that one in posts.
