No one has a post office near them. Post offices exist, sure, and there are occupied apartments in their vicinity, but for the folks living in those apartments, that post office doesn't exist.

Sometimes physics is called magic.

Sometimes tiredness is called crankiness.

Sometimes cleaning is called failing to clean properly.

That's what I do. I fail to clean properly a lot. It's bad. I mean, is it bad? I mean, it would be better if I were less lazy. Then I would be less miserable because I would be better able to hold up my end of the bargain, chores-wise. Maybe someday we'll be so successful, that we'll just buy a new house whenever the last one needs cleaning. I think bill gates could afford to do that.

Let's see... he's worth, what, 80 billion dollars? A house is worth $20k-100mil.
Let's say he only buys million dollar houses.

He can buy 80,000 of those. A house "needs" to be cleaned once every week or so. 52 times a year. 

so he can buy a house a week for more than a thousand years? Yeah. Let's do that.
