Teach them when they are young
One major focus of team Green Gulbarga is to teach young students how to plant trees and also tell them why it is necessary to plant trees. 

We just don't believe in giving lectures about the environment but we also give them a chance to be one with nature and provide them saplings so that they can plant trees.

Yes, the soil does look hard to work with and that is why the teachers got some professional guys to dig. We don't let the kids dig as they might not find it difficult but we let them plant, water, and let them play in the soil for a while before they wash up.
