Where Is Traffic To Leo Coming From? Stats By Simple Analytics

Before getting into the raw numbers, it's worth mentioning this tweet by Leo's 'Head of Shill'. 

We had a CTA by @trumpman earlier on Twitter for a TA on LeoFinance Analytics. And there was an educated response to that Tweet by Travis King.

## Trading TA By Website Traffic

It's an interesting concept to formulate a trading analysis using website analytics. From experience building my own brand in the fishing industry, this analysis can help develop a practical trading strategy.

All the proper marketing techniques are in place to keep a steady incline in the LeoFinace rate of website visitors. Proof that the advertising campaign is underway landed directly in my email inbox yesterday! Check it out:

With all the tools in place, the only thing that prevents the building of traffic to a developing website is the lack of a good product. Once people learn the truth about such sites, the word gets out. Marketing tools stop being effective at such a point. 

Not only does LeoFinance fulfill it's marketing promises, it keeps delivering above and beyond. Because of these facts to date, it's my opinion that Travis King delivered an excellent TA. 

As to the accuracy of the numbers in his prediction, they may depend on the performance of our assumed bull run. They also don't take into account traffic from other LeoFinance sources. So we can add an undetermined amount to the current traffic. 

My only concern would be waiting to buy back in at 50,000 monthly visits after the bull run recedes. Knowing LeoFinance, the team will still be pushing the bubble with new developments and added resources. 

## How's Traffic - Where From? 

Pulling up the report from last week, [LeoFinance.io](https://leofinance.io) had 194 thousand pageviews. Notice the large drop on the day HIVE hard forked.

Let's take a look at where we are for the past 30 days currently. If we look at the past 30 days from today, LeoFinance.io had 223 thousand pageviews. An increase of 29,000 pageviews in one week. Next week will show a better representation of growth without the HF day being included. 

### Twitter Surpasses Google!

Traffic by platform source did a flip recently with Google driving the majority. Now, Twitter drives more than any other platform with 3.4 thousand pageviews. Google came in second with 3.3k. It was close before, yet still of interest to see the flippening occur.

We can also see that Google and Twitter drive quite a bit more traffic than any of the other platforms. Reddit is doing Leo justice with 762 pageviews.

Other sources of interest include traffic from other Leo websites:

## Inferences From Simple Analytics

Simple Analytics gives us only a basic overview of the traffic coming into LeoFinance.io. It doesn't show traffic to other Leo sites, only referrals from them. 

We also can determine that the analytics is presenting without filters. That means every time a Leo visits LeoFinance.io for any reason (to read, vote, post, wallet actions, etc.), our visits appear in the analytics. 

What we can glean from the analysis of Leofinance.io by Simple Analytics is a consistent rate of growth. And of all the stats we could dig into, that one is the most important (besides token price, of course). 

Final evaluation? The future is looking increasingly bright for LeoFinance.

This is why marketing is important. It brings people immediately through the direct links, but it's important in terms of SEO and rankings as well. Good marketing is vital and it seems like LEO is doing great so far. I hope we'll see even greater results in the near future.

Thanks. Yea, Twitter and Google in competition. I think Google has a huge lead when it comes to providing traffic overall. In the world of Crypto, Twitter holds up neck in neck it seems.

It just shows when a project is doing it right tha...

It just shows when a project is doing it right that they will grow.
Ad revenue is brilliant as it gives the project validity as a token.
From there they have continued to expand the product and begin marketing from a much stronger position as they have a brand and plan. Vital ingredients for success. Then they have improved user experience and easier to use the site which hive has never fixed.
A lot of good ideas and hopefully ones to be taken on board by other groups.

I picked up on that opportunity as well. This could be worth a post to bring more attention to it. We all love the shit posts and they can be effective. Google doesn't rank those well. Posts should be at least 300 words, 1500-2000 ranks well for posts on Google when following all the on page SEO as well. 👍
