Hi, guys!

I continue to actively work on my blog and it seems that it has finally started to grow more confidently, I hope that it will continue like this. Of course, I would like the growth of followers from each video to be more, but so far everything looks pretty good, but I hope that it will be even better in the future. For now, I have to constantly pay for advertising, but I hope that at some point I will still reach the level where I will no longer need to do this. Now I expect that for now I will have to do this for the next four months, but then I hope that the blog will somehow stew on its own.

Now I write down ideas that come to my mind every day, so that later I can choose one day and shoot them all together, so as not to shoot each video separately. It is more convenient for me to choose one day and shoot a lot of videos in it, than to spend time and energy on this every day.

Today I am returning to sports and I hope that everything will go well. I haven't worked out in a while, so I'm a little nervous, but I hope it will bring me joy and energy. I have to work out tomorrow too, and I need to learn to perceive it as just a normal process, and not something that throws me off track. I need to force my body to accept it as a given, but so far it is terribly scared of all this process.

But I hope that I will still be able to make all these processes be perceived as natural and my body will not be nervous from the expectation that I need to leave the house and go to work out, or get out of my comfort zone in some other way. It is very difficult to achieve this at the moment, but I hope that eventually I will succeed. I don't know how I will achieve this, but I hope that eventually I will achieve it.
