<html> <p>Hi, guys!</p> <p>My previous attempt to regularly visit a psychotherapist was about a year ago. To tell the truth by that time I wasn't enough motivated, not quite financially ready, and in general I wasn't quite liking the therapist I chose. You always need to go through a few meetings to understand what it's all about, and my first therapist was using a classical method of therapy, the conversation. But the thing was - I was talking alone and got no feedback, and it was really uncomfortable for me.</p> <p><img src="https://scontent.fiev15-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t31.0-8/21054953_502866680052498_8535644874214184781_o.jpg?_nc_cat=0&oh=969680dcdfe8a81596590081aeeec6fc&oe=5C342B55" width="2048" height="1365"/></p> <p>Today I made another attempt to begin attending psychotherapist. The one I chose now is younger, and I looked through her facebook page before coming to a visit. There I saw that I like this person, she is light and pleasent, and probably we will get along.</p> <p>First visit is always a time for become acquainted, to talk about goals of the therapy, ect. This time I even succeeded in explaining my expectations, may be during this year of attempts to become a better version of myself I less or more structured everything in my head.</p> <p>So, now I plan a weekly therapy post again, as I did before when I was working with a specialist.
