Maravilloso y bendecido inicio de semana, me alegra compartir nuevamente con ustedes, en esta oportunidad les traigo una receta de un salteado de acelgas con papas y pimentón ideal como contorno o para una cena ligera este plato es totalmente saludable ya que las acelgas contiene numerosos nutrientes muy beneficiosos para nuestro organismo aquí les dejo el paso a paso de esta sencilla receta.

- 200 gramos de acelgas
- 2 papas
- 1 cebolla morada
- 1 pimentón rojo pequeño 
- 3 dientes de ajo
- Sal y pimienta al gusto 
- 1/4 cucharadita de paprika 
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva 

>- 200 grams of chard
>- 2 potatoes
>- 1 red onion
>- 1 small red bell pepper 
>- 3 cloves of garlic
>- Salt and pepper to taste 
>- 1/4 teaspoon paprika 
>- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Lo primero que hacemos es lavar bien los vegetales que vamos a utilizar y cortamos en tiras la cebolla  y el pimentón; separamos los tallos de las hojas de acelgas y  la troceamos pelamos y cortamos en cubos la papa y trituramos el ajo, luego ponemos a cocinar al vapor las papas  y los tallos de acelgas que queden al dente si lo prefieren los pueden sancochar yo los prefiero al vapor así no pierden los nutrientes.

En un sartén colocamos el aceite de oliva al calentar agregamos la cebolla mezclamos al marchitar le añadimos el ajo seguido le ponemos el pimentón y salteamos por 2 minutos.

Luego le agregamos los tallos de acelgas mezclamos le añadimos sal, pimienta y cúrcuma removemos y cocinamos por 3 minutos.

Por último le añadimos las papas mezclamos por 2 minutos para que agarre el sabor y retiramos del fuego.

Ya listo este  fácil salteado de acelgas y papas lo servimos caliente y disfrutamos como contorno en un plato principal o en una cena ligera.
