Feliz y bendecido día, me alegra compartir nuevamente con ustedes, en esta oportunidad les comparto la receta de un delicioso arroz salteado con zanahoria y brócoli ideal para disfrutarlo en un nutritivo almuerzo, este arroz es fácil y rápido de preparar aquí les dejo el paso a paso de esta sencilla receta.

- 1 taza de arroz 
- 1/4 de brócoli 
- 1 zanahoria 
- 1 cebolla 
- 1/2 pimentón 
- 2 dientes de ajo 
- 1/4 tallo de ajoporro 
- Sal y pimienta al gusto 
- 1 cucharada de salsa de soya 

>- 1 cup rice 
>- 1/4 broccoli 
>- 1 carrot 
>- 1 onion 
>- 1/2 bell pepper 
>- 2 garlic cloves 
>- 1/4 stalk of garlic 
>- Salt and pepper to taste 
>- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Lo primero que haremos es cocinar el arroz y  lo dejamos enfriar lavamos bien los vegetales y los picamos en tiras delgadas la cebolla, ajo porro y pimentón, rallamos la zanahoria y trituramos el ajo; el brócoli separamos el tallo y sacamos arbolitos y lo ponemos a cocinar al vapor hasta que esté al dente, luego lo pasamos por un procesador de alimentos o lo podemos picar pequeño.

En una olla o sartén colocamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y ponemos a sofreír la cebolla con el ajo al marchitar colocamos el pimentón salteamos por 2 minutos, luego agregamos el ajo porro mezclamos le colocamos la zanahoria y salteamos por 3 minutos.

Colocamos el brócoli salteamos, luego agregamos el arroz mezclamos le añadimos una pizca de sal, pimienta y la salsa de soya salteamos por 3 minutos para que el arroz agarre el sabor de la salsa de soya ya listo retiramos del fuego.
