Maravilloso y bendecido día, un placer  compartir una vez más con ustedes, en esta ocasión les traigo una receta de nuestra tradicional arepa rellena con pollo desmenuzado y aguacate, estas arepas son  popularmente conocida con el nombre de reina pepiada, son muy deliciosas y tiene todos los nutrientes que nuestro cuerpo necesita para su buen funcionamiento, aquí les dejo el paso a paso.

- 1 cebolla pequeña
- 1 limón 
- Una ramita de cilantro

Lo primero que hago es poner a cocinar la pechuga con una rama de cebollín, cilantro y sal hasta ablandar, luego retiro del fuego y dejo enfriar para proceder a desmenuzarla.

En un bol coloco medio aguacate cortado en cubos y con ayuda de un tenedor lo trituro le agrego el zumo de medio limón, luego añado el pollo, la cebolla, el cilantro y aderezo con mayonesa, mostaza y  sal y reservo.

Preparamos la arepa de la siguiente manera: En un bol colocamos una taza y media de agua sal  al gusto agregamos poco a poco harina y vamos amasando hasta obtener una masa suave.

Tomamos porciones de masa y vamos formando bolita, luego vamos moldeado hasta darle forma redonda a nuestros arepas y colocamos en un budare caliente cocinamos hasta dorar por ambos lados.

Ya listas las arepas  procedemos a rellenar nuestras arepas abrimos por la mitad colocamos el relleno y  a disfrutar de estas deliciosas y nutritivas arepas.
