My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2021
Breakfast was some scrambled eggs with fried potatoes and Turkey sausage on the side. I take ground Turkey and add fennel along with salt, pepper, and paprika. I also fried some tomato, and greens. 

Did some cleaning and bundled the laundry to take to wash tomorrow. For lunch we had the soup leftover from the other night. We watched some NCIS while we ate. Then we ran to do some shopping for groceries. First we stopped at our favorite farm stand and on to the store. 

After we got home we got a FaceTime call from our daughter. She filled us in on her life and we told her how we were done with the Covid quarantine. Our daughter was getting ready to do a reading at a writer’s conference. 

After the call, my wife’s friend Abby came to drop off items at the sewing studio. I helped her up with boxes and bags but the table was too heavy for the three of us. We’ll save that until next time.  

Dinner was some vegan hot dogs we like. I toast the buns with some cheese on one side so it melts. We had chips with them. I was glad I had the chance to get more steps in.
