Node.js Translation into German # 1 - Addons.md Part 1 - 1312 words

### Project Details
Node.js was originally invented by Ryan Dhal in the year 2009 and is a cross-platform JavaScript run-time environment. It is considered to be one of the most used JavaScript frameworks across the industry. It is actually quite impressive, how many companies are using the framework already. Some of them are: LinkedIn, Netflix, Uber, Paypal and many more to come.

Node.js can be found on [Crowdin](https://crowdin.com/project/nodejs) and on [Github ](https://github.com/nodejs/i18n) too.

### Contribution Specifications
For Node.js there are about 1 million words to be translated within the whole project. On Crowdin there are a lot of categories to be translated. I chose to work at the category addons.md - which contains exactly 3.966 words. I decided to split up the project 'addons.md' into 3 articles à ~1300 words. This is the first article regarding 'addons.md' in Node.js.

Addons in Node.js are fairly simple to describe but complicated in its use. These addons are written in C++ and are used to provide an interface between Node.js and C++ libraries. With the require() function, they can be used as if they were an ordinary Node.js module. The first part I translated is all about these addons.

##### Languages
The original text was written in English and I've translated it into German.

##### Word Count
From the heading **C++ Addons** to, including the **N-API** section these are roughly 1312 words in total according to Microsoft's Word, without code and strings. However, the word count in Word including code and strings differ from the word count in Crowdin with about 50 words. Crowdin has told me that I translated about 1500 words - but this can only be meant including code. Maybe in the future, it is possible to exclude the code from the translation within Crowdin automatically - as I imagine this could be quite annoying counting it every time by hand.
