The mantralization
**A mantra is a Sanskrit word that refers to sounds as syllables, words, phonemes or groups of words depending on some beliefs, which may have some psychological or spiritual power and when we repeat them we make them real.**

**Beyond all belief, experience will show us that many times we react as we speak to ourselves, that is, if we repeat that we are incapable of accomplishing something, we will be unable to do so ... If we repeat that we are sad or that we are bad, we will worsen a situation that in most cases had a solution within our reach.**

**We can do a simple test, if we get up, despite the problems we may have, thinking that it will be a good day and we smile in the mirror when we see each other in the morning, we will probably have a more positive day than if we say that everything is horrible **.

**In this last section we have some phrases that we can repeat to try to influence the events that await us.**

**Let's try it, we have nothing to lose and what we can gain is to improve our life with positive energy!**
