Addition of an on-the-fly video capturing ability to eSteem, also musing on the opportunity to capitalize on marketshare with respect to Augmented Reality filters/functions

To the 'new post' options, add 'take a video.' Note that I could be ignorant to how this already might work :) I can stand to be educated if this is already a feature!

#### Proposal Description
While the media upload option allows you to upload video, the 'take a picture' option appears to not allow candid videos. This opens the door to other feature opportunities, like allowing AR modifications, filters on-the-fly on photo and video uploads - a-la-Snapchat, again - and there are FOSS solutions to accomplish this to some degree of success. 

Functionally, it wouldn't be difficult to create a 4th option or edit the 3rd option in the image below to allow videos to be taken a-la-Snapchat where you hold your fingerpress on the 'take a photo' button to take a short video of varying lengths, or a limited length to reduce bandwidth and IPFS storage costs. The AR suggestion would be more painful in terms of peoplehours and costeffort, but it's a dandy suggestion towards mass adoption!

#### Benefits
One of the key benefits of Snapchat, who ranks as most popular free social app on Play and App stores month after month, is the ability to both take candid photos as well as videos in real-time with ease and a lack of extra steps. Allowing this interaction through a simple button would reduce the number of clicks it takes to create video content, and wouldn't be a difficult step to achieve.

Hi @informvsprogram, thank you for your contribution.

As *good-karma* [said months ago](https://github.com/esteemapp/esteem-mobile/issues/433#issuecomment-454488034), they **will be working on video upload in future updates.**
The app is still in beta and many features are not implemented yet.

Adding a button to take a short video could be a good idea although, in my opinion, eSteem is more a blog app than a snapchat-like app. But they could create something like WhatsApp *states* or Facebook/Instagram *histories*, the only *problem* with this is that it won't be completely "deleted/removed" after 24 hours since it will be storage on the blockchain. They could just hide it on the app, though.

I believe that the feature *allowing AR modifications, filters on-the-fly on photo and video uploads* won't be easy to implement and/or won't be implemented at all. Keep in mind that the eSteem team is not big, they are just a few people.

The repository should be `esteemapp/esteem-mobile`, change it, please :)
