Nigeria is in serious religious war! It has become an open confrontation for years. Nigeria is a nation of multiple religious believe and it's constitution grant freedom to association/worship.

Meaning that everyone has the right to belong to any religious organization but over time now there is a constant and steady war waging between CHRISTIAN AND MUSLIM. This has lead to lost of lives and properties, bombing and and physical slaughtered of persons. It has become so unbearable but yet it's Government seek to pay deaf ears over the ongoing war. Nigeria needs a special prayer at this moment. 

This religious war has sunk into the nation so deeply. In last month a lady was stoned to death by Muslim faithful who claimed that she blasphemy against prophet Muhammad. This also led to destruction of properties and protest in the nation. That wasn't enough,  today, a Catholic Church was Bombed in Ondo State of Nigeria. The explosion went off during Sunday service, the explosion killed Christians who worshipping at St Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street, Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State this morning.

The explosion took place today being Sunday 5th June as the christians were worshipping God at St Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street unexpectedly, they heard an explosion which rockets the building 
which lead to the massive killings of those who were in the church building. Many attributed the ugly attack it to terrorists as the attackers opened fire on the innocent worshippers. What a terrible experience, what a wicked being. 

Already over fifty (50) number of people has die in the explosion while others with serious injuries were rushed to Federal Medical Centre Owo, for medical attention.
Another set of people are receiving treatment at private hospitals

What is the essence of killing innocent people for the name of the same God . Could it be lack of ignorance? What is the benefit of this ungodly act? God have mercy on Nigeria. From bandits to Boko Haram to unknown gunmen then Herdsmen recently it's religious killings!

Meanwhile, the affected church is just an adjacent to the palace of Olowo of Owo which is the very is the hometown of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu the governor of Ondo State. What could led to this? An unidentified number of people have been killed. In less than four weeks  several bombing attacks has been recorded, one of such is the bombing several of bars across Kogi State most especially in Kabba Local Government Area.

On Saturday 4th June, 2022 another person, Ahmad Usman was set ablazed at Tipper Garage, Lugbe, Abuja by angry mob tipper who  claimed that Ahmad Usman whom they killed made a  blasphemous comments against Allah at Garage, Federal Housing Estate, Lugbe District.

An innocent and gentle man Ahmad Usman who was a  member of a voluntary vigilante group in Abuja was on Saturday allegedly killed over a claimed that seems not to be true by some Muslim faithful over a  religious fanatics. Ahmad Usman went through a painful and hardly death. This has become the current incident in Nigeria no freedom of speech or association anymore. The incident took place about 1 a.m in the night when Mr Usman attempted to arrest a fried yam seller for exceeding allowed time in the market.

According to residents and members of the vigilante group, the violence started at about 1 a.m. when Mr Usman attempted to arrest a fried yam seller for exceeding allowed time in the market. There was an argument between the vigilante group and the fried yam seller. 

>No one is supposed to stay in the market beyond 12 a.m. That has been the rule. We all made the rules,”

While the argument was on they were still insisting on arresting the fried yam seller identified as Malam Lawan, they claimed on that one of the vigilante group member had made blasphemous comments against Allah.
He was said to have insisted on arresting Mr Lawan, also referred to as a Shiite cleric, for flouting the market rules even if they begged him “in Allah’s name.”

> They were shouting that he abused Allah and before you know it, there were plenty of them at the front of our office throwing stones,” he narrated. Those are the tyres they gathered, those were not there before. After beating him, they went into the market to get those tyres and burn him with it,”

The Islamic State has openly  claimed been responsible for the Kogi attack on that causes many deaths and damages. They also attacked a fun spot in Yobe State last month. This shows the state of insecurity across the entire of Nigeria.
