Kundalini Awakening 101 – A Scientific Explanation, Part II

<div class="text-justify">As with the most solid things that last and brings fulfillment, be it a successful career, relationships, physical condition, short and long term goals, etc. it all requires a steady buildup. This buildup may be slow or fast although both concepts are relative, but the fact is that nothing that brings greater levels of gratification come from instant achievement. One may be happy with it for a moment, but this doesn’t mean the person is ready to collect the full benefits, with everything that it entails on the long run. One is only really ready to collect what s/he is only prepared for.

Same thing with Kundalini. This cosmic energy knows you better than you know yourself, it is sentient and has a consciousness of its own. It’s impossible for one to try cheating it or find a shortcut.</div>
