Downloaded [Byteball](https://obyte.org) Windows 64bit wallet version to my pc. To SSD. Selected a full wallet. Because I wanted to fancy. Not my words, my friends words. Attested a single address. [obyte.io/steem/insaneworks](http://obyte.io/steem/insaneworks) Made it public.

It's not a shared device address, although my wallet has other addresses that are shared device addresses because I wanted to try them. But not this one. Sent my @drugwars tokens to it and got 0 to my Byteball wallet address, although DW tokens are now gone. Been waiting for several days for the full wallet to sync. Still 0%. Checked what was happening in users/AppData/local/byteball folder. Not that much. Size about 32mb and not changing. Not growing to 36Gb or something what it should be when all the data is downloaded. I have about 770Gb unused space and my DL speed is (according to my internet provider) 100Mb/s, so shouldn't be a problem. I have the space and speed, what more do I need? So the syncing 0% seems to be correct. It really isn't syncing. Don't know why. Firewall could be one to cause problems, but it seems that it isn't, I'll explain that more later.

If my full wallet syncs some day, I would imagine it would show here: [byteball.fr/byteballworldmap.php](https://byteball.fr/byteballworldmap.php) as a full wallet? In Finland = Suomi. (It's in the freaking cold north there even thou it's spring time.) In a city called Tampere. But it's not. Because it's not syncing.

Anyways, got bored, took passphrase and full backups, uninstalled it, deleted everything related to Byteball from user/AppData ...and so on. Also checked that the program file Byteball folder was empty. Installed it again, selected light wallet, restored it from full backup which seemed to switch the wallet back to full wallet. Result: nothing. No transactions. Not in the history tab or anywhere else. Syncing 0%. For days. No tokens from DW and I only have the wallet because of the Drugwars tokens, so it can't be "hidden" there somewhere under some other transaction. As I said: nothing. No transactions. Checked that the addresses are same on DW page where it says: **Click <u>here</u> to see which wallet is currently connected to your Steem username**. They are the same.

Again uninstalled and deleted everything as I did before and installed a 32bit version to my pc. Selected a light wallet. Restored it from passphrase. It found one address. Luckily it was the one where there should be a transaction from Drugwars. Attested that address again. Waited for few hours. Everything seems to be fine, but still: no transactions. Nothing from DW. Restored the whole thing from full backup, and got all the other addresses too but now the wallet is syncing 0% and things are the same as before. No transactions although there should be.

And at the same time as I was waiting and trying different stuff on my pc, I got bored with full wallet version not syncing, downloaded a wallet to my tablet from Google play, used another steem account and name that I have to get my tokens from another DW account that I have on that name. Single address, public. Attested it, sent the tokens from Drugwars. But nothing. I got nothing. So fancy, my ass! Tokens are gone from DW account, but not visible in my Byteball light wallet that's on my tablet. From that different account that has nothing to do with Insaneworks and has different steem account and different Drugwars account. So I did **not** try to duplicate the wallet.

Tried if things could be different with Wi-Fi and mobile connection on the tablet. No luck there, so the reason can't be firewall or virus protection on my pc.

Oh, also tried a different hub on my wallet from this address that I found: https://byteball.fr/byteballworldmap.php. I thought, the nearer the better. There's one in Estonia. wss://hub.byteball.ee. Change was successful, the Bytelball wallet accepted it, but still no transactions. No tokens from DW. Tried that on the pc full wallet and the tablet light wallet.

On full wallet enabling tor and restarting the wallet makes the sync disappear, but nothing else happens. No transactions.

Two things I have not yet tried. I have not uninstalled the current 2.6 Byteball version **and** tried an older version from [github](https://github.com/byteball/obyte-gui-wallet/releases).

Second one is that I could download the app to my phone and attest a third account that is single and public but the wallet wouldn't have any other accounts that would be multiple device accounts or multiple address accounts. And send tokens to it from my third Drugwars account.

But I fear that those wouldn't work and I really do not have that much will to do anything about this anymore. And this Byteball wallet issue has already taken too much time from my life. I could have been playing with the cats or eating ice-cream or watching Netflix or digging my belly button.

So do you have any suggestions on how to get my already sent tokens to my Byteball wallet? I did write about this on discord helpdesk-obyte. No luck yet. As it is Friday, I'm sure everyone are incredibly eager on helping me with this. What could be better than sit in front of a computer and writing with me about life & shit on Friday night? Nothing! I said NOTHING!

Wallet syncing 0%.

If killing myself helps, I could try that next.

But before I do that, I have a Netflix recommendation: **LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS**. Animated short stories. I liked the first two and I hope that I like the rest too.

**EDIT**
Uninstalled, installed, deleted things the same way multiple times. Installed different versions. Uninstalled the pc wallet and the tablet wallet both again and again and again. Recovered from seed ONCE AGAIN. Waited. This time after a wait, the pc wallet suddenly worked. As a light wallet. And suddenly after that did the tablet wallet also. I apparently didn't wait the first time long enough after recovering with the seed words (few hours) as now it showed the Future tokens 15 minutes after the seed word recovery. So might be that the full wallet and some multiple device accounts on my pc was the problem, but after the pc wallet showed the tokens on my single address, that never was multiple device address, the tokens also miraculously appeared on my tablet account that never was a multiple device account and always was a single address account. Have no idea what happened. I guess the magic: uninstall, delete everything, install and repeat all of those 50 times works.

Still didn't resolve the non syncing issue. Or the fact that even thou the full wallet didn't sync, it allowed me to create 1 of 2 multiple device accounts and I could chat with my tablet from my pc.

But that's not my problem anymore.
