When last did you check out for your family members and friends, are you aware that many mysterious deaths is happening around the world and these deaths are caused by the ongoing economic hardship facing the entire world.

What can you do with $10 in a country like Nigeria and other low income countries whose currencies have been devaluated by the constant taking off loans and lack of diversification of their economies.

The current inflation rate on goods and services is very overwhelming and had caused simple household materials to skyrocket, making many not to meet up with paying their bills for months and to some years.

The inabilities to meet up with family demands and other necessities of life has caused many people to become depressed. Depression has one goal: to keep it's victims under self-pity and permanently making them feel not worthy to continue to live.

90% of depression cases leads to suicidal thoughts and later death, so one of the ways to help people is to checkup on them at intervals to know their state of mind. Everyone needs someone to talk to and encourage them, but many people complain of not having enough time to checkup on their relative.

If I may ask, what'll you do if that fellow eventually dies from depression. I know you'll plan to attend the burial of that fellow. It's high time we visit or create time to call one another.

I believe that family is very important to everyone, although, I'm aware that most family members have screwed up in the past and are still screwing up, but family is everything that we have.

Make it a point of duty to checkup on that your brother and sister to know how they're doing in life. Most of them, just assume that they're fine, whenever you asked them how they're doing, but the actual truth is that they aren't fine when you look closely.

The world has gotten bad that most people live fake lives, so it's very difficult for them to relate their problems to family and friends, although, most people don't relate their issues to family and friends because, most have taken undue advantage of their weakness and problems.

I'll conclude by saying that talk to someone when you're depressed because that could be the only chance you have to survive suicide.
