The Easiest Way to Buy, Sell and Invest HBD is Through pHBD - pHBD is Solving the Liquidity Challenge Facing On-chain HBD

LeoFinance ecosystem as a Web 3 SocialDeFi platform on the hive blockchain, has to major goals:
- to build a strong, financially stable and value oriented ecosystem.
- to strategize means of providing liquidity pools for the Hive Backed Dollar and to make the financial aspects of hive better than it was through innovative ideas.

Prior to April, the opportunity to create a footprint for the Hive based stablecoin wasn't made manifest. The biggest opportunity came immediately after the shift in paradigm of interest on HBD savings to 20% APR.

This paradigm shift came with a major challenge, which is how to solve the supply challenge facing HBD on-chain. This is because, the native HBD doesn't have mass adoption in the cryptoverse. In view of this situation, the LeoFinance team decided to launch the wrapped version of HBD on the Polygon network in order to solve the liquidty challenge facing HBD on-chain.

With a projected 5 million liquidity pools for HBD in mind, the LeoFinance team decided to add a $350k worth liquidty pools for pHBD on the Polygon network. This act actually made the native HBD to become outstanding with an amazing 20% APR for those who migrate their HBD into pHBD-USDC vault.

This act on its own had dual implications:
- created avenues for holders to earn passive income and still retain the worth of their HBD on-chain.
- it created the necessary platform to market native HBD in other platforms, leading to mass adoption of the stablecoin.

This wasn't obtainable in the past, when it comes to cross-chain transaction of the Hive stablecoin. pHBD helps you to wrap and unwrap pHBD-USDC vault from polygon network to the hive blockchain. This was very limited in time past due to the aforementioned liquidty challenge facing HBD on-chain.

Finally, the ripple effects of pHBD on on-chain HBD is very visible in this short while of it's existence. More of this is to be unveiled through the mysteries of PolyCUB.
