También estoy de acuerdo en que los equipos moviles son muy distrayentes, sobre todo si dejamos activas las notificaciones de aquellas aplicaciones que nos desvían de nuestro objetivo principal en el momento.

Considero es que lo ideal es replantear nuestro tiempo disponible y el horario en que debemos hacer ciertas actividades para cumplir con algo pendiente.

I also agree that mobile devices are very distracting, especially if we leave active notifications of those applications that divert us from our main objective at the time.

I believe that the ideal is to rethink our available time and the schedule in which we must do certain activities to accomplish something pending.

Personally, I do feel that all time spent looking up books in the libraries as a kid would have been so much more efficient had the internet existed back then. However, given how much misinformation is out there, it might be too much for a kid to actually be able to sieve through everything.

Your write up is elaborative and educative but I will disagree with the ***two disadvantages you listed***

Firstly, ***it creates distraction from study*** with or without technology there will always be distractions because humans enjoy pleasure than work especially students. Without technology mankind will surely find something else to be distracted by.

Secondly, ***unable to understand well*** it is not the responsibility of technology to make sure you understand well, the responsibility of technology is to make sure the information is available to you, though a lot teachers made use of the e-learnng platform during the COVID 19 lockdown, but it is just an alternative for the physical learning not replacement, technology is meant to better our lives not replace the natural settings of things, just imagine if there was no technology at all, how will such information be communicated during the lockdown, so I do not consider it be a disadvantage.

The disadvantages I would have preferred would be.
* It creates easy circulation of false information.
* It creates an avenue for plagiarism
* It reduced the rate at which students engage in hard work in the pursuit of academic career.
* It has normalised the copy and paste of content.
* It has discouraged the belief of original content.

You have made really good points here and I agree with you, technology is just as important as the traditional way of learning. We need both of them to make the balance, focusing on one is like running to a dead-end. For me, I always learn better when I have someone teaching me closely than online but the two together just makes everything perfect for me.

I see those all benefits are valid and that unable too understand part... Mostly in YouTube there are plenty of teacher who help a lot to explain things in a better way than anyone else but yeah I understand.



 

You did a fantastic job in pointing out the pros and cons of technology to education. While there are some not really good effect, the benefits outweigh them. Good luck to you on the challenge

Yes,technology has disadvantages and advantages but I know it has done more good than harm to us and we all love the existence of it.

Technology has both advantages and disadvantages on education and it is now our choice to use it for our own good. 
At least the advantages is more than the disadvantages and I believe education will continue to thrive in the future with technology being handled wisely and carefully.
