My weekly update about my strategic decisions for my two dcities

I’ve been writing about several aspects of dcity so far, but I would like to add to that a weekly update about changes that I have made. Tutorials are great for understanding a certain aspect of the game, but along side these it is great to also be able to get insights on day-to-day strategic choices from players that are a bit further ahead in the game. That is what I will try to provide you with in these weekly updates.

Currently I have two dcities. One on my main account @elbrava, which you can find [here](https://dcity.io/city?c=elbrava). My aim for this city is to simply grow as fast as possible and enter the top200 of dcities. This will likely require me to invest more money to make that happen. 

My other dcity is for my @invest4free account, which you can find [here](https://dcity.io/city?c=invest4free). This second account I set up specifically to show that through being active on Hive, you can become an investor for free. You will actually be able to build an investment portfolio that will generate passive income for you through being active on hive.

This week I continued buying Farms as long as they were cheap, but as they were expensive I decided to take a risk and buy two random cards. 

The result was a Casino and a Wind Turbine, so that is pretty good. I did send the Casino to my invest4free dcity, since that has a lot better crime rate. I’m not that happy with the Wind Turbine, but since I have the Eco Energy technology, it isn’t that bad.

I also bought a random card for this dcity and got a Nuclear reactor. Not a bad card either, so I sent that to my elbrava dcity as a nice trade for the Casino.

Now that I have a Casino, I will be looking to get more of them, along with trying to keep my crime rate as low as possible. This means I will have to limit the amount of Homeless and Immigrants cards I have. 

I am curious to see how many Gamer tokens I get from this Casino. I will certainly update you on that.

Something that I have been thinking about is maybe selling my Banks and getting Casino’s instead. It would help me to get a nice amount of Casino’s quickly and that would help me generate more Gamer tokens that I can use for Poker Nights to limit crime.
