Hello Hivers There is this popular saying that goes; Dont judge A Book By Its Cover. It is very vital that we remember this in our business and day to day activities. I had an experience today that made me value this wise saying. As someone that deals in laptop repairs and sales, we can across a customer in our shop who wants a laptop. He came with some specifications of laptop he wanted- 256ssd storage and 16gb ram which was the major thing he was looking for. By the mans appearance he look bushy amd not well dressed. More to that, he proved to be very difficult to deal with. No type of system we showed him caught his attention. We brought system after system but he never like any. We were very frustrated but were patient. After so many hours, we decided to show him some older models with the same specifications he needed. To our surprise, he lobed them he asked if we had more samples of it and requested we bring them. He finally bought about 10 peices of that model and 2 pieces of the new model. He took our contact for even more future business. In this life we don't need to judge people based on their looks or even their character. Let is be patient to study every individual.
