How did I get to start an offline project because of Steemit.

***6 months ago I discovered Steemit and drew my attention from the beginning and I trusted in his potential. In the first 2 months, I was in search continues for learn all the principles of operation. All this time I read very many articles, I've watched a lot of users and I've seen many people who have initiated different projects inside Steemit, but and a few in the offline.***

*Steemit opened my eyes for a completely different offline project of all Steemit projects. Now 36 years old I was born in a village, almost 30 km from Bucharest, capital of Romania. I lived my childhood until I was 16 years old in the village together with my three brothers, grandparents and my parents.*

***Development and rapid progress over the past decades have not kept we in the village and all go to the city from make the live easier: "we say." Meanwhile, my grandparents died and my dad did not be working for over 15 years on the field and the land we have in the village, about 15,000 square meters. So I got to Steemit and I read so many ideas, we came to the conclusion that we must start producing something on that land in the village to bring an added value to a thing that has been stagnating for years***.

 *Everything has been beautiful until we all brothers assembled to see how we can start this project. But surprises have begun to emerge from the very first steps, just not is so easy to put a project on feet. Now 2 months we started this project and it will take another 2 months until we have this 15,000 sqm with of legal rights to start the business we have set up.*

***Our grandparents and later parents did not get into legality on time and that's why when we decided to do everything lawfully, there were debts to the state, there were not all the legal acts, so before we go to the project, we need wait 4 months and we need pay a lot of money,but we hope they will be worth it.*** 

*After we have this area of the property we want to exploit the land with European agricultural projects supported by them. We offer some jobs to the people in the village and not last let's increase the project and invest in other agricultural areas.Agriculture in the last 20 years has had a massive fall in Romania and maybe with time, it will return to what was once. I apologize to everyone that I am not a very good storyteller and writer, but I will try every day to be better and better. With love Ionuţ Ciobanu.*

We now live in the age of internet and business too so the negotiations are almost instant. We need to learn and to get use to do business this way or we are going to do negotiations like in the past century. I ain’t saying that is not the way to get something done but now we have a most effective way and it’s by using the internet.
