* [Done] We were able to change leveldb jni to leveldb java in order to fix the memory leak.

* [Work in Progress] At the moment we are working on adding parser error handling, this will give all error messages in a clear way.

**[Done] ITC Wallet APP**

* We have updated jbokSDK from WS to HTTP.
* The home page small screen had a problem with phone adaption, this problem is fixed.
* Release test of build version 23 is done
* Competition of Merge master and eslintCode branches.
* There were some problems regarding UI display, mainly caused by the length of the multi-language text, this is also fixed and working smoothly.

* The huge lag on rpc service is fixed.
