Greetings, today I want to give you a nice tour. This is the Avcılar district of Istanbul. If you get off at the Avcılar Central University Campus stop by Metrobus and go in the opposite direction of the university, you can reach it. A street stretches down from the bazaar and both sides of the street were full of various shops. In one square I saw the ornamental pool in the photo. There were children holding torch-like things in their hands in the sculpture.

The street we crossed was open and wide like this. There was a park on the right, and another statue in the park caught my attention and I wanted to photograph it.

Ataturk was depicted on a horse. Underneath the statue was Atatürk's quote **The most true guide in life is science.**. The meaning is to take science as a guiding example.

Road works and constructions were taking place in the park and in many parts of Avcılar. Avcılar Beach is located where the buildings end. Our route is there :)

A new municipality building is being built right next to this tree, whose size I admire. I hope they will not damage the tree and its roots.

On the way to the beach, we got a little confused and I came across this beauty in the garden of a house we passed. It was not standing straight because there was a lot of wind, but this is the clearest photo I could take.

Then we reached the park we had to cross to get down to the beach.

There was a playground here. You can imagine how much fun the children had here in summer with their families. It was quite empty in the cold weather. This large park was very attractive with the leaves of the trees and the greenery added by many trees.

Selamlar bugün sizlere güzel bir tur yaptırmak istiyorum. Burası İstanbul'un Avcılar ilçesi. Metrobüsle Avcılar Merkez Üniv. Kampüsü durağında inip üniversitenin karşıtı istikamette ilerlerseniz ulaşabilirsiniz. Çarşıdan aşağıya doğru bir cadde uzanıyor ve caddenin iki yanı çeşitli mağazalarla doluydu. Bir meydanda fotoğraftaki süs havuzunu gördüm. Heykelde ellerinde meşale benzeri şeyler tutan çocuklar vardı.

Caddenin geçtiğimiz  yönü bu şekilde açık ve geniş. Sağ tarafta da bir park vardı, parkın içindeki başka bir heykel de dikkatimi çekti ve fotoğraflamak istedim.

Şaha kalkmış bir atın üzerinde Atatürk tasvir edilmiş. Heykelin altında da Atatürk'ün **Hayatta en hakiki mürşit ilimdir.** sözü yer alıyordu. Anlamı ise yol gösterici olarak bilimi örnek alınız demek isteniyor.

Parkta ve Avcılar'ın bir çok yerinde yol çalışmaları ve inşaatlar yer alıyordu. Binaların bittiği yerde Avcılar Sahil'i yer alıyor. Rotamız orası :)

Büyüklüğüne hayran kaldığım bu ağacın da hemen yanına yeni bir belediye binası yapılıyormuş. Umarım ağaca ve köklerine zarar vermezler.

Sahile doğru giderken biraz yolu karıştırdık ve önünden geçtiğimiz bir evin bahçesinde bu güzelliğe rastladım. Rüzgar çok olduğu için düz durmuyordu ama çekebildiğim en net fotoğrafı bu.

Burada çocuk parkı vardı. Yazın burada çocukların aileleriyle beraber ne çok eğlendiklerini tahmin edebilirsiniz. Soğuk havada oldukça boştu. Bu genişçe park yer yer dökülmüş ağaç yaprakları ve bir çok ağacın kattığı yeşillikle beraber göz alıcıydı.

Sahile doğru inilen merdivenlerin olduğu yerde tüfekle balon vurma oyunu vardı. Bu balonlar da oraya ait.
